I am looking for an acid reflux natural cure to help with the burning in my chest any information would be helpful.

I heard of this guy selling a reflux remedy report for 20 bucks online. I know what your thinking. (Don’t spend your money!) Well he talks about apples or a slice of an apple rather,that will eliminate all the symptoms of acid reflux. I work with a GI doctor at the local hospital and I am going to see what insight he can give me. My reflux is getting worse by the week. I have doubled my dose of omeprazole (Prilosec), started taking Pesid Complete AND Rolaids!!! This is driving me nuts. But I really want to know if the apples work so I am going to be the human experiment for all of you to see if this homeopathic idea works and I will see what other info I can scrounge out of my Doc. Every person gets relief from different substances. An old-fashioned cure is milk or a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water.

Changes in diet mainly. Cut out acid fruits especially citric and tomatoes. Cheese, spicy food and alcohol etc. Keeping a diary of what you eat and what happens afterwards helps you identify foods that cause it.
