i really need this to go away before camp starts because it makes me nervous like i am going to be sick please help me please

eat very small meals 6 a day in stead of 3. small as in snack size. Also stay away from all fried foods and I mean it! no tomato sauces, no french fries. just plain chicken with no deep fry, cook it in a pan with some water, and go buy yourself some prilosec otc at the drug store to take with you. if you have real acid reflux get to the doctor and get some meds like previcid, the reflux will eat away at your esophagus and cause cancer and 90 % of the time you can’t feel the symptoms of it. for now though stay with what Im telling you also lose weight if you need to.
Also take about 4 pillows with you to camp so you sleep way elevated almost like your sitting up so you don’t have that reflux come up into your throat.
sleep like that at home too, but only at home prop your bed up at the head of the bed because just being propped up on pillows will keep your body bent and this will still put pressure on your midsection. at camp you can’t really do that to the bed but you can with pillows.
I hope this helps. A lot of problems come from how/what we eat and combine our foods together. Let me explain.
It was the first time I cooked dinner for my then-boyfriend. I didn’t know it back then, but my own cure began with a question from this man who would later become my husband(Mike)

NO excessive gas
NO ‘IBS’
NO acid reflux
NO constipation
NO running to the bathroom
NO horrendous pain
Can you imagine how relieved I felt after all those years? If you have ever suffered any of these symptoms, even mildly, you will understand why I was wild with joy!

Hi i totally agree with waddabun but can I just add that have your evening meal at atleast 6.00pm so that it has plenty of time to settle in your stomach before going to bed.I take Nexium but fim=nd that I only take it when needed and it works fast and is very effective. .You need to see what is best suited to you and stick with it.
